A is a business owner who performs a work such as operating an illegal game hall in the warehouse of the building located in the Cheongju-si H in the Cheongju-si.

B managed the above game hall by gathering customers, etc., and Defendant C served as an employee who served as a member of the game room to put customers into the game room on a vehicle and served as an employee who served as a member of the game room when there is no business owner.
