1. On July 29, 2013: (a) around 15:15, the Defendant laid off the victim’s mother E-owned cell phone from the victim D (the age of 21) with intellectual disability class 3, who was a disabled person of Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu; (b) and (c) “I will turn the victim into his own house of the F building 305 101 dong 305 dong 101; and (d) the victim was sent to his house several times on the same day, but the victim was waiting for diving; (b) the victim was remarkably sounded; and (c) the victim was unable to leave the house of the Defendant by not later than 18:00 on the same day in such a way that he did not return his cell phone.”
2. On July 29, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (similar act with disabilities) committed an act of inciting the victim’s sexual organ to the mouth by assaulting the victim who was in custody of the victim at his/her own house, leading the victim to his/her house on the rooftop, putting the victim under confinement, and assaulting the victim against his/her resistance. “I am off from his/her brightness and clothes, and let the victim get the victim off his/her brightness and clothes, and cut off the victim’s sexual organ with his/her hand and immediately after having the victim go against his/her own sexual organ, and put the victim’s sexual organ into the mouth.”
3. On July 29, 2013, the Defendant, at around 18:30, received 1 cans, and 2,000 won in cash and 1 cans, and 2,00 won in cash from the victim, to 1,700 won in the market price owned by the victim, while the Defendant, as seen in the above paragraphs 1 and 2, 1,00 won, received from the victim’s house, was frighted to be damaged by confinement and sexual indecent act, as seen in the above paragraphs 1 and 2,00 won.
