Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, as a teacher under contract at an elementary school, was subject to a fine for negligence due to the Defendant’s report on the public interest of the wounded who violated the Defendant’s signal while driving a passenger car at the front distance of the valley elementary school located in the mountain-ro, the children protection zone in the mountain-dong area in order to improve the period of time on October 30, 2015.

Accordingly, in order to raise an objection to the above disposition, on December 9, 2015, the Defendant stated the date, the name of the vehicle, etc. using a computer in the Defendant’s residence located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City around 704 712, 704, 712, and attached each of the contents. On December 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) transmitted the specifications for the inspection and maintenance of a forged motor vehicle to the head of the police station located in the same Dong-dong by facsimile (031-929-9326) as if he/she were a document duly formed, to the head of the Dong-dong Transportation Center, who was aware of the forgery.
