The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The Defendant does not commit assault or injure the victim as stated in the facts charged.

B. The sentence of an unreasonable sentencing (2 million won of fine) by the lower court is too heavy.

2. Determination

A. In full view of the following facts admitted by the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the court below as to the assertion of mistake of facts, the defendant can be recognized as having abused the victim and inflicted bodily injury as stated in the judgment below.

This part of the defendant's assertion is without merit.

1) On November 23, 2013, the victim complained of 16:00 on the day that he/she was under medical treatment in an emergency room of a nearby hospital, and on the top of 16:00 on the same day, he/she stated that sand alkhs were cut off on the left side.
