Punishment of the crime

On August 7, 2014, around 18:30, the Defendant: (a) boarded at C-si that was driven by the victim B (year 62) on the roads near the G-ridong Department Store; (b) arrived at the apartment of the “B-ridong,” located in the Dog-dong, Namyang-si, the Defendant’s destination-si, Namyang-gu, the Defendant: (c) was committing assaulting the victim, by hand, by opening the entrance entrance of the said apartment; and (d) doing so in relation to entering into the apartment, the victim’s face room was satisfing, and was satisfing once by drinking.
