Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2014, at around 08:20, the Defendant assaulted the victim at the time of three times the part of the victim's neck with his hand, by blocking the victim's D (25 years of age) from having to go to E, an employee of the singing room, who was in sight of the city, and by using his flabbing hand, the victim's neck was shakened.
