A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who manages and operates D Co., Ltd. in Cheongyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

1. On February 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:11 on February 24, 201, at Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, the Defendant: (b) registered the Hyundai Track Track Track Track Track (E) as the freight truck F for its own use on the same day; (c) had the Ga number plate attached in front of the Gack Kack Kack-dong, 959, which is the freight truck for business use; (d) had the freight transported from the old-do, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, the Defendant used the G car number plate illegally; and (e) exercised the air units illegally used by allowing the freight to be transported on the same day from that day to that day; and (e) exercised the car number plate through 17 times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes until July 25, 2014.

2. On February 24, 2014, the Defendant violated the Trucking Transport Business Act: (a) around 14:11, 201, the Defendant: (b) registered the Hyundai Track Track Track Track Track (E) owned by D Co., Ltd. as F on the same day; (c) attached in front of the G number plate, which is the number of cargo cars for business use; (d) had the Defendant transport cargo after receiving KRW 11,200 per ton from the old-si, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Yan, 159 to the 959-si, Masan-si, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, 19:53 on July 15, 2014, provided the cargo cars for own use as 10 truck.
