A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Dsch Rexton car.
1. On November 28, 2014, around 18:05, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”) proceeded two lanes in front of the Busan Bank located in Suwon-dong, Busan, according to one-lane in the direction of the Busan MBC broadcasting station.

Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) by such occupational negligence, inflicted bodily injury on the victim E, such as a franchisium in need of approximately 10 weeks of treatment on the part of the victim E; (b) injury on the climatic and tensions in need of light care for about 2 weeks of treatment on the part of the victim G; (c) injury on the climatic base and left-hand bed in need of light care for about 63 years of age; (d) injury on the climatic base and left-hand bed in need of light care for about 2 weeks of treatment on the part of the victim K (39 years of age); and (e) injury on the climatic base and tension in need of light care for about 36 years of age; and (e) injury on the climatic base and tension to the victim L (36 years of age); and (e) injury on the victim M (8 years of age), Ma (N), N (N) and 6 years of age, without any stress for about 1 week treatment.
