Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2013, the Defendant discovered that the victim E had a cell phone head in the Dracker or male waters room located in the 13th floor of the Do Government Building, 05:00 on December 23, 2013.

As a result, the Defendant stolen Samsung Tallon 3 mobile phones of a value equivalent to one million won at the market price owned by the victim.
