A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

[2012 Highest 773] On July 14, 2007, the Defendant: (a) pretended to engage in a normal distribution business under the trade name “E” with a patrolman C (the Vice Branch of the Daegu District Court on January 14, 2009) and D (the same day shall be sentenced to imprisonment of two years and six months); and (b) extended transactions by means of obtaining credit from various commodity distributors by paying some amount of credit on credit; and (c) decided to secure a large quantity of goods and not to pay the amount in full.

On July 13, 2007, the Defendant, along with C, D, etc., ordered the victim G to take a phone call from the “E” in the F at Kimhae-si, and ordered the victim G to pay the price properly in the future.

The defendant, together with C, D, etc., supplied goods equivalent to KRW 7,962,955 from the victim on credit at the above place on the 13th day of the same month, including the provision of goods to the victim on credit. The same year from the above date and time.

9. Until December 21, 200, 136 won in total were supplied from 18 victims on credit by the same method as the attached list of crimes (as indicated in the judgment Nos. 9 to 11) in the same manner as above E. 421,009,136 won.

As above, the Defendant conspired with C, D, etc. to receive property by deceiving victims.

[2012 Highest 1010] Around 23:00 on October 27, 2008, the Defendant: (a) was on board a cab at the point of 500 meters prior to the Seoyang-si, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si in Ulsan for the victim’s driver of a motor vehicle operating at the point of 500 meters prior to the Seoyang-si, Ulsan-si, the victim would have been under the influence of alcohol; and (b) the Defendant abused the victim’s driver of a motor vehicle who was under the influence of alcohol at the point of 50 meters prior to the Ulsan-si.
