Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On May 28, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for fraud at the Daejeon District Court, and was released on December 23, 201, and the remaining term of imprisonment was terminated on April 22, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】

Around October 2010, the Defendant, along with C, D, E, one name F, etc., established a floating distribution company in the name of “G”. The Defendant, by phoneing to various branches of the nation without permission, received the sample sample, and then, the first transaction was made with the highest mind, such as a company with good credit and settlement of cash immediately and with good credit, and continued to purchase the outstanding amount, ordered large volume of goods at the time of the escape, and sold it in a lump sum immediately before the time of the escape, and attempted to escape without paying the price.

The Defendant, along with C, D, E, one name F, etc., from October 29, 2012 to December 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) supplied goods equivalent to KRW 21,780,000 in total of the market price of fishery products from (i) H representative victims I to (ii) a total of seven times from October 29, 2012; and (b) escaped without paying the price; and (c) acquired the goods equivalent to KRW 1,081,50,182 from October 29, 2012 to December 21, 2012 from the total of 23 victims, such as agricultural and fishery products, processed agricultural and fishery products, and raw products, etc., to be supplied with credit, and without paying the price.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, D, E, one person F, etc., acquired the property from the victims.
