Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 26, 2010, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on November 26, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gangnam Prison on January 26, 2013.
2. Criminal facts;
A.
