A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on June of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny, theft, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, which became final and conclusive on November 25, 2016, and is currently under suspended sentence.

[Criminal facts]

1. On February 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered a convenience store in the E-mail operated by the victim C around 22:21, 201; (b) on the part of the employee F in the calculation team, the Defendant: (c) opened a credit cooperative in the calculation unit for the amount of KRW 800,000 in cash, which is owned by the victim; (d) opened a false credit cooperative in the calculation unit for three hours at the latest; and (e) put the employee into a string box for three hours at the time; and (e) put the same into a string unit for three hours at the market.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion on the structure managed by the damaged person at night.

2. Larceny and intrusion into a thief;

A. On March 7, 2017, at around 15:23, the Defendant entered the convenience store operated by the victim H in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, as a customer, to the employee J who was in the account room, saying, the Defendant: (a) entered the said employee as a warehouse; (b) let the said employee enter the warehouse; (c) opened another account depository; and (d) 450,000 won in cash in the said room; and (c) opened the other account room where the employee’s surveillance was neglected; and (d) removed the employee from the account room.

B. On March 13, 2017, at around 16:38, the Defendant: (a) entered the convenience store operated by the victim LA in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, as a customer; (b) made an employee N in the calculation unit enter the warehouse, and made the employee N in the calculation unit enter the warehouse, and (c) let the said employee enter the warehouse, and (d) opened the cre in which the employee’s surveillance was neglected, and (e) took 200,000 won in cash in that place.

They have come to her.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes on the structure managed by the victims, and infringes on the victims' property.
