A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years in Seoul Central District Court for a violation of the Act on Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence in the medical prison on November 30, 2015.

1. On July 20, 2016, around 05:11, the Defendant: (a) discovered that, while entering the convenience store operated by the victim D, the Defendant, at night, had several places of 10,00 won abolitions in the calculation unit, in the process of settling the accounts with the ju City-si Sick Card, F, an employee, in the course of settling the accounts by using the junick Card received from the Defendant; and (b) stolen it.

After that, the defendant found that he would wait for F to fill the F job at the entrance of the convenience store. On the same day, the defendant intruded into the above convenience store at around 05:20 on the same day, and carried 217,000 won in cash owned by the victim D, who had been in the front of the calculation unit, around 05:20.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the structure managed by the victim D at night, and stolen the property owned by the victim D.

2. On July 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on the 19:0, the Defendant: (b) opened a door of a credit cooperative that was not corrected by the credit cooperative located in the calculation unit; and (c) went out 120,000 won in cash owned by the victim H by the victim H in the “I” (PC) bank managed by the Government of the Government of Gu; and (d) took advantage of the gap in cleaning the employees working in the account unit.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim H.
