1. The defendant shall pay 150,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from December 31, 2012 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On December 30, 201, the Plaintiff lent KRW 150,000,000 to the Defendant on December 30, 2011, with the maturity date set at December 30, 2012, and interest and delay damages rate at 24% per annum. However, the Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff the principal and interest on the loan until now.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 150,00,000 of the loan principal and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from December 31, 2012 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the above repayment period.
