1. The Seoul High Court Decision 2013Na202742 Decided November 19, 2014 (Seoul High Court Decision 2013Na202742) against the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 12, 2013, the Suwon District Court Decision 2012Kahap15193, which was filed by the Defendant, Nonparty C, and D against the Plaintiff and eight others, revoked the assignment of claims concluded on June 22, 2010 between the Plaintiff and the Korea Housing Development Institute Co., Ltd. with respect to the loans amounting to KRW 125,00,000,00, owed by the Korea Housing Development Institute Co., Ltd. to the Housing Redevelopment Project Promotion Committee (the Promotion Committee) for the amount of KRW 70,536,712, and KRW 29,421,705, and KRW 25,041,583, and each of the above loans are paid to the Defendant at a rate of 5% per annum from the following day of this judgment to the day of full payment.

B. The Plaintiff et al. filed an appeal with the Seoul High Court (Seoul High Court 2013Na202742) regarding the said judgment (the Plaintiff et al. taken over the network E due to the death of Defendant E during the course of the appellate trial), and the appellate court changed the first instance judgment on November 19, 2014, and sentenced the Plaintiff to the following judgment (hereinafter “instant judgment”).

(1) On the loan claims amounting to KRW 125,00,000, which the Korea Housing Improvement Institute Co., Ltd. (the Promotion Committee) held against the housing redevelopment and rearrangement project partnership (the Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association) in the sale 8 area, the contract for the assignment of claims concluded on June 22, 2010 between the Plaintiff and the Korea Housing Improvement and the Korea Housing Improvement Institute Co., Ltd. shall be revoked, and (2) the Plaintiff shall pay C the amount calculated by the ratio of KRW 70,536,712, D to KRW 29,421,705, and the amount of KRW 25,041,583 to the Defendant at the rate of 5% per annum from the day following the date

(1) The Korea Housing Improvement Institute Co., Ltd. revoked the assignment contract concluded on July 9, 2010 between the deceased E and the Korea Housing Improvement Institute Co., Ltd. with respect to the claims for services up to KRW 900,000,000,000, which are owned by the housing redevelopment and consolidation project association (promotion committee) in the sale-eight district. The Plaintiff, a litigation acceptance system of the network E, is the network.
