1. Of the distribution schedule prepared by the said court on June 22, 2015 with respect to the distribution procedure case of Suwon District Court C, the defendant is against the defendant.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 12, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking revocation of a fraudulent act against F, etc. as D, E, and Suwon District Court 2012Gahap15193, and received some favorable rulings from the said court.

Accordingly, F et al. appealed to the above judgment as Seoul High Court 2013Na2022742. On November 19, 2014, the above court rendered a judgment that “The Korea Housing Improvement Institute Co., Ltd. established a contract on June 22, 2010 between F and the Korea Housing Improvement Institute Co., Ltd. with respect to service charges and loans worth KRW 70,000,000,000, which the debtor company for the Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project (Promotion Committee) has against the debtor G Area, shall be revoked, and F shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 39,50,50,559, KRW 16,476,155, KRW 14,023,286, and each of the above amounts to E shall be 14,023,286, and shall be 5% per annum from the day following the date of the above judgment to the day of full payment.”

However, the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal on April 9, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive as is, although F et al. appealed again by Supreme Court Decision 2015Da200999.

B.1) Meanwhile, the Plaintiff, D, and E filed an application for provisional attachment on May 30, 2013 with the Suwon District Court 2013Kadan3961, which was KRW 27,440,00, KRW D 11,760,000, KRW 49,800,000, KRW 40,000, as the claim for compensation based on the revocation of fraudulent act, and filed an application for provisional attachment on real estate with the said court on May 30, 2013. The provisional attachment registration on the above real estate was completed on May 31, 2013, KRW 49,00,00, KRW 100, KRW 400, KRW 400, KRW 400, KRW 314,00,00 with the competent district court 20,000, KRW 3014,00,00, KRW 2014.
