A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of the victim B (the family name, female, C. C.) and victim D (the family name, female, E.).

1. Indecent acts by blood under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On January 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim B (V, 10 years of age) at the F apartment housing site in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu; (b) placed the victim B (V, 10 years of age on the part of the bed; and (c) placed the victim’s hand in the bed of the bed; (d) placed the victim’s hand in the bed of the bed; and (e) placed the victim’s hand in the bed of the bed of the bed of the bed; and (e) committed an indecent act,

B. On January 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act by inserting the Defendant’s breast at the crosswalk near the Seo-gu apartment housing site in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, with the victim D (Woo, 10 years old)’s clothes on the front side of the victim D (Woo, 10 years old).

On 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim D (V, 11 years of age) who prepares for a suppering house in the Seo-gu G apartment site of Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, in his hand.

On March 10, 2018 to November, 2011, the Defendant: (a) placed in the Seo-gu G apartment house located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu; (b) placed the victim B (V, 15 years of age); (c) placed the victim B (V), placed the victim on the bed on the bed against the bed against the bed against the bed against the bed against the bed against the bed against the Defendant; and (d) placed the Defendant

E. On March 2018, at around 21:30, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim D (the 12-year old age), placed the victim D (the 12-year old) in a locking room; (b) placed him on the part of the bed; (c) placed his hand in the victim’s clothes; (d) placed his hand in the victim’s clothes; and (e) putting his hand in the victim’s clothes; and (e) committed an indecent act by brushing the victim’s sound parts, as booming.

2. Violation of the Child Reinstatement Act (child abuse);

A. On January 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed physical abuse against a child by having the victim B go beyond the floor by leaving the victim B head in front of a non-cafeteria in the trade name around the Seo-gu G apartment site in Gwangju-gu; and (b) undermining the physical health and development of the body.

B. The Defendant around May 24, 2014, Gwangju.
