On June 17, 2017, around 15:00, the Defendant installed at approximately 100 meters section (34-27-58 N, 34-27-59.15 E from 34-27-59.15 N, 127-0-39.10E) of the route of passenger ships D (136 tons, river lines) owned by the agricultural cooperative from 17:30 to 12:30 of the same month, and obstructed D traffic during the total period of 9 paragraph (3) of the same month.
