A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on January 10, 201, and on May 14, 2014, the Defendant completed the execution of the said sentence

1. The Defendant: (a) went to a third party where the victim F (at the age of 37) works; (b) and (c) went to a customer; and (d) the victim was aware of his/her intention to marry with another male and female; and (b) went to the rest of the victim’s residence where the victim was able to marry with another male and female, without the victim’s permission, and told the victim to talk with him/her.

At around 14:00 on January 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked main window between the victim F and the house, and intrudes on the victim’s residence by entering the house, for the aforementioned reasons; (b) at around 21:50 on the same day, the Defendant, who did not enter the house with the victim himself/herself and the house at the above place, was frighted to television by divers; (c) he was frighting to divers; (d) he was frighted to divers, divers, water purifiers, water purifiers, electric shocks; (d) he was frighted in the instant electronic equipment, remote area, box, divers, and television bed; and (e) was damaged to the extent that the victim’s property owned by the victim was damaged to the extent that the repair cost is not sufficient.

2. Intrusion upon residence;

A. At around 10:00 on January 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s house and invaded the victim’s residence by the aforementioned method in order to interview the victim who did not move to him/her at the above place.

B. At around 14:00 on January 30, 2015, the Defendant entered the victim’s house and intruded the victim’s residence by the following reasons and method.

C. On February 1, 2015, around 21:05, the Defendant entered the victim’s house and intruded the victim’s residence by the following reasons and method.
