Basic Facts

The relationship between the parties - On May 27, 2013, E died. At the time of death, there were Plaintiffs, F, G, and H as surviving children, and 1/5 each of them succeeded to E’s property by law.

- H died on June 25, 2016, and the Defendants, their children, inherited each 1/2 of the H’s property.

Done on March 16, 199, a testamentary document (No. 141 of 199) to the effect that H testamentary gifts against H and testamentary gifts against the Defendants - E shall testamentary gifts of each of the real estates listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estates”) in the presence of I and J as a witness.

- The registration of ownership transfer in H’s name was made on November 29, 2013 at the Sungwon District Court Sung-nam Branch of the Sungwon District Court on May 27, 2013 with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached list owned by E, and the registration of ownership transfer in Defendant C was made on June 25, 2016 due to the legacy of June 25, 2016 by H. The registration office received on August 12, 2016.

- The registration of ownership transfer under H’s name was made on November 29, 2013 at the Sungwon District Court Sung-nam Branch of the Sungwon District Court on May 27, 2013 with respect to the real estate listed in attached Table No. 2 of the E’s Schedule No. 2, and the registration of ownership transfer under Defendant C was made on June 25, 2016 on the ground of the legacy of June 25, 2016 upon the death of H.

- The registration of ownership transfer in H’s name was made on November 29, 2013 at the Sungwon District Court Sung-nam Branch of the Sungwon District Court on May 27, 2013 with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the attached list owned by E, and the registration of ownership transfer in Defendant D’s name was made on June 25, 2016 on the ground of the legacy of June 25, 2016 due to the death of H.

As of May 27, 2013, the market price of each real estate of this case, as of May 27, 2013, the market price of each real estate of this case, is KRW 569,00,000.
