1. On October 2014, the Defendant: (a) to the Plaintiffs, each of the following money and each of the above money.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company running broadcasting vehicle driving business, etc., and the plaintiffs are workers who worked or worked in the defendant's workplace from around 2004 to 2011.

B. The main contents of the labor-management agreement and the rules of employment that set the payment criteria when the Defendant pays wages to the Plaintiffs are as follows.

1) The Defendant’s collective agreement is a trade union in which more than half of the Defendant’s full-time workers are affiliated, and the Korea Press Workers’ Union’ Broadcasting Industry Union’s KBS subdivision (hereinafter “trade union”).

)와 사이에 아래와 같은 내용의 단체협약을 체결하였다. ▣ 단체협약(2013. 12. 16. 체결된 것) 제2조(협약의 우선) 이 협약에서 정한 기준은 근로기준법, 회사의 취업규칙과 사규, 여타의 개별적 근로계약에 우선하며, 그 중 협약 기준에 미달하는 사항은 이를 무효로 하고 그 부분은 협약 기준에 따른다. 제61조(임금협약) ① 노동조합과 회사는 조합원의 임금에 관한 제반사항을 별도의 협약으로 정한다. ② 제1항의 협약은 연중에 체결하여 1월부터 소급 적용함을 원칙으로 한다. 제67조(급식비 회사는 조합원에게 중식보조비를 지급하며 그 지급 기준과 방법은 별도 협약에 의한다.

▣ 2010년 임금에 관한 합의서
