Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the night room at Seoul Northern District Court on April 7, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence on December 5, 2017.

2. On April 22, 2019, the Defendant was driving a FK5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.134% without obtaining a driver’s license from the 2km road near the 217 Lao Station located as Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, to the same front road, on April 22, 2019.

3. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a FK5 vehicle.

On April 22, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car with alcohol content of 0.134% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on April 22, 2019, and led the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul metropolitan intersection to the H elementary school from the side of the Cluri Fire Station.

At the time, the intersection is a new wall and the signal is not installed, so in such cases, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely enter the intersection by reducing the speed prior to entering the intersection and by checking well the direction, direction, coordinate, and rain of the motor vehicle.
