Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Road Traffic Act”) and the Defendant is a person engaged in driving motor vehicles
