The defendant shall be innocent.

1. Facts charged;

A. Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.

2. Determination

A. Each assault committed on October 2, 2014, the statements made by the victim that correspond to the facts charged of the assault committed on October 2, 2014 are ① each statement made by the victim's investigative agency about the developments of the assault and the part of each legal statement are not consistent; ② the victim has a reasonable appraisal against the defendant, and ③ the defendant has found the victim's house on the day of the instant case.
