Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a “B” truck operator.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

On April 7, 2014, the Defendant rendered registration number plate around 14:41, the method of unloading the truck from the post office in the mountain village, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
