The defendant shall pay 14,69,800 won to the plaintiff and 5% per annum from July 18, 2013 to June 24, 2014 and the next day.

Facts of recognition

On February 25, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract with the Defendant for the lease of KRW 30,00,000, monthly rent 4950, and from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2016, with respect to the leased property deposit for the portion of the warehouse of KRW 59.96 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “lease object of this case”) connected each point of the attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, and 1, among the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 list and the 6483.67 square meters underground floor of the real estate listed in the attached Table 2 list, and the Defendant occupied the leased object of this case from April 1, 2011.

From April 16, 2013 to March 7, 2014, the Defendant deposited KRW 63,513,073 in total under the name of deposit for rent and management expenses from April 16, 2013 to March 7, 2014. The details of deposit, rent, and details of appropriation for management expenses are as stated in attached Table 4, “the details of deposit in the PC bank and receipt of deposits on the first floor below B,” and the remainder remaining after being appropriated to the rent and management expenses until March 15, 2014 is KRW 3,78,93.

The amount claimed by the plaintiff as the overdue rent and late payment charge of the defendant up to now shall be as follows:

On December 4, 2012, KRW 1,575,00, KRW 1,575,000, KRW 4,950,000 on January 4, 2013; KRW 1,305,000 on February 4, 2013; KRW 1,950,035,000 on March 4, 2013; KRW 765,950,000 on April 4, 2013; KRW 495,950,000 on April 4, 2013; KRW 225,000 on May 4, 2013; KRW 225,00 on August 4, 2013; and KRW 305,05,00 on building management fees (hereinafter “the Plaintiff”). Meanwhile, the Plaintiff shall separately pay the Defendant’s share of the instant real estate management fees (hereinafter “the instant building management fees”).

The plaintiff is the defendant's body of rent amounting to KRW 8,782,100,00, the total of KRW 1,030,400 on June 1, 2012, and KRW 20,254,00 on December 2, 2012.2,467,200 on January 2, 2013.2,152,60 on February 2, 2013, and KRW 8,782,10 on May 2, 2012.
