The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Summary of the facts charged "2014 Highest 9919";
1. The Defendant is the representative of the E Hospital located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, who ordinarily employs 79 workers and operates a medical business (out of work, etc.).
When a worker retires, an employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money and valuables within 14 days thereafter, and where the worker retires, an employer shall pay the worker a retirement allowance within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay the total amount of KRW 7,845,80 and retirement allowance of KRW 13,980,080 and the total amount of KRW 415,878,400 and retirement allowance of KRW 237,650,560 for 46 employees within 14 days from the date on which the cause for the occurrence of the occurrence of the occurrence of the occurrence of the payment, as well as the total amount of KRW 7,845,80 and retirement allowance of KRW 237,650,560 for 46 employees from September 1, 208 to November 30, 2013.
