A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he/she cultivated or she was in possession of marijuana as follows:

1. The Defendant cultivated marijuana: (a) from October 2013 to March 25, 2014, the Defendant cultivated 8 marijuana 401 from Suwon-si, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si from March 25, 2014.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. A. Around December 7, 2013, the Defendant, at the foregoing place, smoked in a plastic pipe by inserting the 0.12g price of the hemp in a plastic pipe, with a fluence attached, following smoke.

B. Around December 14, 2013, the Defendant smoked in the foregoing place, 0.12g price of the hemp plant, in the foregoing manner.

C. Around December 21, 2013, the Defendant smoked in the foregoing place, 0.12g price of the hemp plant, in the foregoing manner.

On December 28, 2013, the Defendant smoked in the foregoing manner in the hemp plant volume 0.12g at the above place.

E. Around January 4, 2014, the Defendant smoked in the foregoing manner, 0.12g price of the hemp plant at the foregoing place.

F. Around January 11, 2014, the Defendant smoked in the foregoing manner, 0.12g price of the hemp plant at the foregoing place.

G. Around January 18, 2014, the Defendant smoked in the foregoing place, 0.12g price of the hemp plant, in the foregoing manner.

H. Around January 25, 2014, the Defendant smoked in the foregoing place, 0.12g price of the hemp plant, in the foregoing manner.

3. At around 09:20 on March 25, 2014, the Defendant possessed 72g of the hemp plant at the same place.
