Punishment of the crime

No owner of a motor vehicle shall drive any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 11:20 on August 1, 2016, the Defendant driven a Bone Star or a vehicle without mandatory insurance with approximately 3 km section from 11:20 to 2:0 on the roads before the entrance of the panty industrial complex in the Dong-gu, Dok-si.
