A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, on May 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; and (b) caused the victim to do so, KRW 10 million from the OSB Savings Bank; and (c) on May 12, 2017, by collecting KRW 10 million from the savings bank; and (b) obtained a loan of KRW 25 million from the lending company in the location of three locations; and (c) obtained the said loan from the victim from May 11, 2017 to May 12, 2017 to receive KRW 1599,000 in cash from the Agricultural Bank in the name of the Defendant; and (d) obtained the said loan from the victim to receive KRW 25 million in cash.

The defendant of "2017 Highest 2726" is required to lend money to I on April 24, 2017 to 23:00 a.m. a person to borrow money.
