A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 17, 2017, the Defendant would introduce a job by communicating the victim B with the victim B.
In addition, on the 18th of the same month, the victim was sent to the victim at the PC room located adjacent to the Busan City Viewing Bank, and the victim was sent to the victim “I will receive the loan in the name of four, and turn back to the virtual loan after the three months of the week.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to repay the loans received in the name of the victim, since the defendant introduced jobs to the victim or transferred the loans to a virtual loan after three months.
Nevertheless, on May 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) let the victim borrow KRW 10 million from the Hyundai Savings Bank in light of the same month; and (c) 6 million from the OSB Savings Bank; and (d) borrowed KRW 200,000 from the victim without intent or ability to repay on May 20, 2017; and (b) received KRW 500,000,000 from the victim by deceiving that the intermediary fee for the above loan is necessary on May 21, 2017.
2. On May 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) repaid all the loans specified in paragraph (1) around May 21, 2017 to the victim “In the event that the Defendant received a loan in the name of 14 million won prior to the receipt of the loan in the name of 14 million won; and (b) repaid all the loans and the fees paid by NA and converted into a virtual loan after three months, there is no injury.

However, the Defendant could not make a loan that was received in the name of the victim into a virtual loan after three months, and there was no intention or ability to properly repay the loan that was received in the name of the victim.
Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) caused the victim to borrow KRW 9 million from the Hyundai Savings Bank around May 23, 2017; and (c) KRW 12 million from around June 2, 2017 to KRW 3 million; and (c) received all of the above money from the account.
