On January 17, 2017, around 15:13, 2017, C, the father of the Plaintiff, was destroyed by the malfunction, etc. of the vehicle in this case due to the malfunction, etc. of the vehicle of this case while C, the Plaintiff, at the E-owned station located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, with the vehicle of Faponed Fapon (hereinafter “instant vehicle”) located in the said station for the vehicle of this case (hereinafter “the vehicle of this case”).
