Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2014, at around 15:05, the Defendant destroyed by drinking alcohol in thecheon Park, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, Seoul, which is located in 702 as the Olympic Games, and without any reason, caused damage to the Defendant’s market price equivalent to 30,000 won, which is the market price of the victim’s KTingkdong branch office.
