Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2017, the Defendant committed assault, such as the defect of the behavior of the victim E (if the victim, 50 years old) against the new church in front of the elevator of D 1st floor located in the Dong-si, 09:44, the Defendant committed an act of blocking the entry of the same church believers by hand, and the suppression of the part of the victim who sits down after being pushed down with the victim by hand.
