Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Article 2 subparag. 1 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Cargo Vehicles: “Motor vehicle” means a motor vehicle defined in Article 2 subparag. 16 (a) of the Road Traffic Act and construction machinery defined in Article 2(1)1 of the Construction Machinery Management Act.
