Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Seoul Central District Court for fraud, and was sentenced to two years of probation on April 29, 2017.

No person shall lend any access medium for electronic financial transactions with the promise to make a price.

On July 2014, the Defendant reported on the Internet from the Defendant’s home located in B B 301, Hapo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, on the Internet, contacted the name infinite, and received KRW 1,500,000 won in one month, and sent a passbook and check card in connection with the Defendant’s name bank account (Account Number: C) via Kwipo-si’s service article, and sent the password to the phone.

As a result, the Defendant promised to pay for, lent the access media for electronic financial transactions.
