Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person shall lend any access medium for electronic financial transactions with the promise to make a price.
On September 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a person who was in the name of the Defendant to lend 3 million won to a width; and (b) consented to the request by telephone to notify the password; (c) then, on September 19, 2017, the Defendant sent the password to a person who was in the name of the Defendant by inserting one copy of the physical card, which is linked to the community credit cooperative account (Account Number B) in Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu. On September 13:51, 2017, the Defendant sent the password to a person who was in the name of the Defendant and sent the password by a post office’s door-to-door news.
As a result, the Defendant promised to pay for, lent the access media for electronic financial transactions.

The application of the Act and subordinate statutes to the details of separate transactions by account, copy of the passbook and the details of the issuance of registration (the defendant committed an economic benefit to enable a loan, and notified his/her name-influor of his/her card and password so that he/she can use the above access media, so it can be sufficiently recognized that the defendant provided a loan to an access medium for electronic financial transactions while promising to receive a fee)
