A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. 협박 피고인은 2017. 11. 1. 18:43경 전 여자친구인 피해자 B(여, 20세)에게 휴대폰 문자로 “네 사진은 내가 잘 간직할게 네 친구들한테 뿌려도 되고ㅋㅋ 넌 재수 없오”라는 내용의 메시지를 전송하여 피고인이 소지하고 있는 피해자의 나체사진 등을 유포할 것처럼 협박한 것을 비롯하여 그 때부터 2017. 12. 23. 13:16경까지 별지 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 총 16회에 걸쳐 같은 방법으로 피해자를 협박하였다.
