1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 66,698,697 and KRW 20,592,238 of the said amount. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff full payment from July 25, 2014.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On May 29, 2002, the National Forestry Cooperatives Federation set the amount of KRW 25,000,000 to the Defendant as due date until May 29, 2004, interest rate of KRW 12% per annum, and damages for delay at 17% per annum.

B. On June 21, 2013, the National Forestry Cooperatives Federation transferred the above loan claims to the Plaintiff, and notified the Defendant of the assignment of claims.

C. As of July 24, 2014, the principal and interest of the above loans as of July 24, 2014 are KRW 66,698,697, and KRW 20,592,238.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by applying the rate of 17% per annum from July 25, 2014 to the date of full payment as to the principal amount of KRW 20,592,238 out of the above loans and the above loans and KRW 66,698,697.
