Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties concerned Plaintiff B is a person who is in charge of the fetus at Gsan Women's Department and Nuria Medical Examination Center (hereinafter "Defendant's hospital") located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and the Plaintiff A is the husband of Plaintiff B, and the Defendants are the doctors working at the Defendant's hospital.
B. On November 20, 2012, Plaintiff B, who died of Plaintiff B’s delivery and deceased Plaintiff B, gave birth of an embryo (hereinafter “the instant dead child”) at the Defendant’s hospital. On November 24, 2012, Plaintiff B died of the instant dead child’s infection at the Seoul Sungsung Hospital, which was entirely taken measures for the transfer of the instant dead child on November 24, 2012.
C. The progress 1) On October 2, 2012, the Defendant’s hospital (BBS) GBS (hereinafter “GBS”) is limited to “BS”).
