1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 212,17,836 to Plaintiff D; (b) KRW 157,350,896 to Plaintiff A; (c) KRW 86,127,014 to Plaintiff B; and (d) KRW 31.

The Plaintiff 2 rejected the Defendant’s request for free use of each of the instant land, and the Defendant demanded the Defendant to enter into a lease agreement on each of the instant land and pay rent in advance, on February 3, 2012, the following lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). The Plaintiffs and the Defendant concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant on February 3, 2012: (a) the lease agreement on each of the instant land and the lease agreement on each of the instant land (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with the Defendant, among the Plaintiff 2, 5, the Plaintiff 2, 2062 and the 2,866 square meters of 242 square meters of 246 square meters in Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon; (b) the Plaintiff and the Defendant: (c) the Plaintiff, on February 3, 2012.

The indication of real estate: The area of the contract may increase within the extent of 3,4222,094, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, 11,8658, 11,819, 4519, 451, 4519, 10, 100, 674, Plaintiff D Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Incheon, the land owner's location and the area of the land category of which are the contract area.

The land lease agreement shall be concluded between the plaintiffs (hereinafter referred to as "B") and the defendant (hereinafter referred to as "A") for the construction of the G Sta Stast's stadium as follows:

Article 1(1)(Purpose)(B) The term “A” shall be leased to the “A” for their own indicated real estate, and the term “A” shall be leased for the purpose of using it as a temporary road for the construction of the G Sta Staz.

Article 2 (Optional Fees) The amount of rent shall be the average value of the appraised value by an appraisal corporation recommended by "A" and "B" respectively, and the amount of rent shall be paid on the date agreed by the two parties or on the expiration date of the contract.

Provided, That where the difference between the appraised value of the appraisal corporation recommended by the "A" and the "B" is at least 10%, the appraisal shall be conducted again.

Article 3 (Term of Lease) Until June 30, 2012

Article 6 (Duties of Lessee) "B" shall make every effort to enable "A" to exercise its right to lease.
