1. The Plaintiff (Counter-Defendant) A indicated in attached Form 2, 3, 4, 5. The Plaintiff (Counter-Defendant) on the Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff 93 square meters in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 28, 1989, the land size of 4,369 square meters prior to the Namyang-si was divided into 3,793 square meters prior to D and 576 square meters prior to D on September 28, 1989. On June 22, 1995, the area of 3,793 square meters prior to D was again subdivided into 555 square meters prior to D and 3,238 square meters prior to H, and the divided 55 square meters prior to D was converted into a miscellaneous land on August 31, 1995; and on August 22, 2013, the area of 55 square meters prior to D miscellaneous land was again subdivided into 357 square meters prior to D 357 square meters and 198 square meters prior to I miscellaneous land.

Bridge G miscellaneous land was divided into 576 square meters on September 24, 2004 into 514 square meters in G miscellaneous land and 62 square meters in J miscellaneous land.

Article 22(1) of the former Act provides that “A person shall be punished by imprisonment without labor for not less than 50 square meters and shall not be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than 50 square meters and shall not be punished by imprisonment with labor for not less than 50 square meters and shall not be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than 50 square meters and shall not be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than 50 square meters and not more than 50 square meters.”

Miscellaneous, on November 21, 2013, D 357 square meters and G miscellaneous land, 514 square meters, and 62 square meters in J miscellaneous land were combined, and D miscellaneous land was 933 square meters in size (hereinafter “D land”).

B. Around February 8, 2000, Plaintiff A entered into a sales contract with M as to “D, G, and H 600 square meters in Namyang-si” (hereinafter “instant sales contract”). Plaintiff A completed the registration of ownership transfer as to some of the shares out of the 555 square meters and 3,238 square meters in Nam-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and 576 square meters in G miscellaneous land.

B. On August 26, 2013, Plaintiff B received from Plaintiff A a donation of 451 square meters prior to L in Yangyang-si on August 26, 2013 and completed the registration of ownership transfer.

(As seen in the foregoing, 451 square meters prior to L in Namyang-si were divided into 35 square meters prior to F).

(1) Around 1994, the Defendant entered into a sales contract with M to purchase NT land 386 square meters, O 209 square meters, and above-ground buildings (hereinafter “the Defendant’s building”). Of the Defendant’s building in this case, part of the Defendant’s building connects each point of the attached Table 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 4 square meters among the land size of 933 square meters in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.
