A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner and the captain of the Gangwon-do Sized Coast Complex Fishing Vessel C (9.77 tons, FRP) the operation area of which is limited as the daily source of Gangwon-do coast and is engaged in fisheries.

Any person who intends to run any fishery business falling under the coastal fishery business with a powered fishing vessel with a gross tonnage of less than eight tons or a powered fishing vessel with a gross tonnage of more than eight tons, but less than ten tons prescribed by Presidential Decree for the safety operation of fishing vessels and coordination of fisheries shall obtain permission for each fishing vessel or fishing gear from the Mayor/Do Governor.

The Defendant, at around 13:00 on October 16, 2012, on the 13:00 north-do, was on board as the captain of the above fishing vessel at the port of death at the west-do, Chungcheongnam-do, west-do, and entered the port of operation of the offshore fishing season. At around 23:10 on the same day, the Defendant, at around 23:10 on the boundary between Gangwon-do and the Gyeongbuk-do (N 37°8 minutes) at the 13-nautical miles (N 36°52 minutes North latitude, east-do, west-do, west-do, west-do, west-do, west-do, west-do, west-do, west-do, west-do, west-do, west-do

From around that time to November 07 of the same year, the Defendant started operating in the same way five times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, and captured spawn in the city of Gyeong-do without permission for coastal fishery.
