A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner and captain of the Gangwon-do Sized Coast Complex Fishing Vessel C (9.77 tons, FRP, and diesel engine) whose operation area is limited as the daily source of Gangwon-do coast.

Any person who intends to run any fishery business that engages in coastal fishery business, using a powered fishing vessel with a gross tonnage of less than eight tons or a powered fishing vessel with a gross tonnage of more than eight tons, but less than ten tons prescribed by Presidential Decree, in order to engage in safety operation of fishing vessels and coordination in fisheries, shall obtain permission for each fishing vessel or fishing gear from the Mayor

The Defendant, at around 12:00 on October 12, 208, on the port of executive officers at Sam-gyeong-si, a vessel to be engaged in fishing at the sea of the west-do, and entered the port of the west-do fishing season, and captured the unclaimed fish at the market price by fishing at the 21 nautical miles (36.57 degrees North latitude and 129.46 minutes North latitude and east-do) between Gangwon-do and the west-do (N 37.8 minutes North latitude) on the same day at around 23:00 on the same day, at the 21-nautical miles (N 36.57 degrees North latitude and 129.46 minutes North latitude and east-do).
