Criminal facts

On September 2012, the Defendant committed a theft of another’s property from a hospital, parked vehicle, etc. in order to transfer the Cheongju-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and Chungcheongnam-do, and to raise living expenses.

1. On October 25, 2012, around 07:30 on October 25, 2012, the Defendant stolen 50,000 won in cash from a testing color wall, which was kept in the E Hospital’s seat and treatment room located in Heung-gu E Hospital D, Young-gu, Cheongju-si, in a different way.

2. On November 2, 2012, at around 14:43, the Defendant: (a) opened the back of the I SP car parked in the front of the H located in the G in the Chungcheongnam-gun of Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) cut off one set of t bargaining clothes, one set of 1 set, one set of glass, two set of tobacco, one set of 1 set, and one part of clothes in the market value, which was owned by the victim J. of the Republic of Korea.

3. Around 06:00 on November 7, 2012, the Defendant entered the E hospital’s stone treatment room as described in paragraph (1) and cut off cash 2.30,000 won, which is owned by the victim K, on his/her book.

4. On November 16, 2012, around 21:30 on November 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the victim L, the market price of which is the victim L, owned by the E Hospital, (b) 1 punishment of sexual harassment, 1 punishment of security vest, and 1 key ties.

5. On November 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00, at the time of the victim’s O’s operation in front of the N branch of a new bank N branch in Chungcheongnam-gun M, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) was suffering from any cre influence, the Defendant shall have the victim’s verification locked.
