Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the National Health Insurance Act shall receive insurance benefits or allow any other person to receive insurance benefits by fraudulent or other illegal means;

Nevertheless, the Defendant received insurance benefits equivalent to KRW 2,120,675 in total from the National Health Insurance Corporation, as stated in attached Table 1 and Table 2 (attached Table 2) by falsely claiming to the National Health Insurance Corporation, in the same manner as if the Defendant did not perform the frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting

2. No person other than a medical person violating the Medical Service Act shall perform medical practice, and no medical person shall perform any medical practice other than that licensed;

Nevertheless, from November 7, 2016 to March 31, 2017, the Defendant provided medical treatment as the president of the above E, and had F, G, and H, a private person in charge of care for one Council member, F, G, and H, if the patient desires, have the patient attach a part of his/her own to the part, such as a shoulder and so on, and instigated F, G, and H to perform a self-harm operation, which is a medical practice that only a herb doctor can perform, as described in the attached Table 3.
