Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a person who operates the DNA Kafa (hereinafter “instant Kafa”) with the trade name “E” from the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu D2.
Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is a company engaged in manufacturing, selling, or sirening water purifiers, and Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is a company engaged in insurance business, etc. under the Insurance Business Act and the relevant statutes.
B. Defendant C entered into a contract of indemnity insurance for products (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with Defendant B and the insurance period from April 1, 2018 to April 1, 2019.

On August 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a contract between Defendant B and Defendant B with the following content (hereinafter “instant sirens contract”) (hereinafter “instant siren”). Around August 2018, the Plaintiff agreed to leave a siren with a monthly siren of KRW 19,900, and a siren of KRW 60 months for a siren period of 60 months:
Article 3 (Delivery, Installation, and Removal of Goods) ① (Defendant B) (Defendant B) shall be established to ensure normal use by delivering goods to the place at which it is requested by members (Plaintiffs).
Article 6 (Use, Custody, and Maintenance of Goods) (1) Section B shall maintain the appropriate conditions necessary for members to use goods during the contract period.
(2) Members shall use goods according to their ordinary purposes and manage them with the care of a good manager.
Article 7 (Management Obligations and Liability for Warranty) (2) If a good is broken or damaged due to reasons not attributable to a member, the member may request B to repair and exchange parts free of charge for a fixed period and may claim compensation for damages incurred.
However, in the case of a failure or damage to goods caused by a cause attributable to a member, the member may at his/her own expense request B to repair and exchange parts, and in this case the member shall pay B the cost of repair of the goods or purchase of substituted goods.
