1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation that provides marriage information service, marriage counseling, and good offices.

B. On April 9, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a marriage brokerage contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract”) upon receiving the Defendant’s application for membership membership from the Defendant’s child C, and the Defendant entered into the said contract with the Defendant. The Defendant entered the Defendant’s name in the terms and conditions which form the content of the instant contract (hereinafter “instant terms and conditions”).

The main contents of the terms of this case are as follows.

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and its members in using marriage information services provided by the Plaintiff.

Article 2 (Definition) (1) The term "member" means a person who has accepted an application for membership and has entered into a contract in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement in accordance with the procedures for accession prescribed in Article 3.

(2) "Referral" means that a company arranges to arrange for a marriage between its members.

(3) "At the time of introduction" means that a member who has met with the introduction of a company continues to meet two or more times.

Article 3 (Joining Members) (1) Any person who intends to become a member shall provide information on individuals related to marriage to the company and apply for membership in accordance with the subscription procedures determined by the company.

Article 8 (Duties of Members) ① Members shall pay subscription fees to the Company after entering into a subscription agreement with the Company.

(White Shel: 10 million won, Bluarl: 20 million won, and Net Shel: 30 million won). (6) If a member has commenced a teaching system with the introduction of a company, he/she shall notify the company of such fact or comply with the company’s request for confirmation within one month thereafter.

It is also the same in the case of being confirmed to marry.

Article 11 (Maternity Expenses) ① If a member is married with a person introduced by the company, he/she shall pay the Maternity expenses (two times the subscription fees) to the company within one month from the date of marriage.
