Defendant, D, E, F, G, H, J, and K et al. shall open gambling boards of 10 million won in a mountain-speed area where it is difficult for investigation agencies to regulate Kimcheon-cheon-do to collect money, and mutually, successively or implicitly, and the Defendant plans and manages the entire gambling site and operate the gambling board (hereinafter referred to as “cambling” or “ware”); C and D are those who prepare and provide a place for prefabricated-type building; E provide the Defendant with funds necessary for gambling, and those who will stay in their gambling in their own gambling line; G was those who share the gambling in their own gambling line with the Defendant; H was those who share the gambling in the gambling line with the Defendant; H was those who share the gambling in their respective gambling line with the investigative agencies; and H was those who share the gambling in their respective gambling line with the Defendant.
